SegaWorld

SegaWorld and Sega Park are names referring to one of a number of theme parks and arcades worldwide, including installations in the United Kingdom, China, Australia and Japan. The parks sought to promote Sega games while providing entertainment based on its licenses, while the Japanese Sonictown in an Joypolis park, created an entire world based on Sonic the Hedgehog alone. Currently, the only SegaWorld arcades that remain open are in Japan, despite most of them becoming unbranded Sega arcades.
